CBOR-LD

Binary serialization of JSON-LD in CBOR that uses JSON-LD contexts to compress terms and values, reporting results more than 60% better than general-purpose compression; meant for storage- and bandwidth-constrained settings. A W3C JSON-LD Working Group First Public Working Draft since 28 April 2026.
